Icon Writing Lab is a conversion-focused portfolio website built for a professional writer offering editorial, storytelling, and branding services. The project goal was to let the words take center stage with subtle design enhancements that support, not distract. Built in WordPress using Elementor, this site delivers clarity, speed, and mobile-first UX without unnecessary complexity.
THE STORY
The client, a professional copywriter, needed a portfolio site that didn’t just showcase her writing—but felt like her writing. She wanted an elegant space that was easy to manage, SEO-friendly, and fast.
The original concept was built with a page builder but lacked finesse and consistency. I rebuilt everything in Elementor with custom design enhancements, typography-focused layout, and mobile-optimized responsiveness.
The result? A professional online identity that reflects the brand tone—minimal, intentional, and word-centric.
